(X86 servers) DISABLE_X86_FT is a bit mask used to inhibit the use of certain X86 processor features by the operating system. It is used to decide which variant of the SYSTEM_PRIMITIVES execlet gets loaded. Setting all bits (disabling the use of all optional features) results in SYSTEM_PRIMITIVES_0 being loaded. Following is the bit definition: Bit Definition 0 If 1, do not use the XSAVEOPT instruction. 1 If 1, do not use the RDFSBASE, WRFSBASE, RDGSBASE or WRGSBASE instructions. 2 If 1, do not provide software mitigation against the Intel MDS vulnerabilities. DISABLE_x86_FT is a STATIC parameter.
