Alpha systems only.

    Directs the linker to create an image that can be installed as
    a resident image and to flag coding practices in the image that
    would prevent this.

    This qualifier is ignored by the OpenVMS x86 and I64 Linker. The x86
    and I64 linker always produces images that can be installed as
    resident images.
