Scans the specified object(s) of the internet driver and
   associate a name with each object found.

   Format:

     TCPIP TAG {ALL, MEMORY, STRUCTURES}
         /LIST
         /SUMMARY
         /BACKWARDS

   It is not recommended that this command be used on active
   systems as the driver's allocations and data structures is
   continuously changing.
