1  REWRITE
   Writes the system parameters back to the location specified in
   most recent USE command (including the implicit USE ACTIVE
   command when SYSGEN is first invoked).

   This command works after a USE for a filename, for CURRENT, and
   for ACTIVE.  It generates an error message if the most recent
   USE command was "USE DEFAULT".
